Our service delivery team consists of qualified IT specialists who are all experienced and skilled in the IT profession with qualifications ranging from Microsoft Desktop and Server to backup Disaster Recovery qualifications. This allows Magnificent Mile to bring you the BEST possible support for your business..
We deliver onsite support. This support service is billed at R320 excl VAT for the first half hour of service and thereafter, R300 excl VAT is billed per hour in increments of 30 minutes. These rates are applicable within a 20km radius of our Offices. A standard additional charge of R4.50 excl VAT is charged per km outside the 25km radius.
Telephone and remote Desktop Support
If the technician is unable to resolve your issues over the telephone there is also Remote Desktop Support available, still not able to resolve issues why not log a call with our Sales & Marketing Administrator for prompt delivery of service onsite.
